New Small Group Training & Group Exercise Class Schedule!

The new group training schedule is here! As of Monday, February 13th we are excited to begin offering a wider variety of small group training and group exercise options at CoreTen. Mondays at 6:00 AM, Tuesdays at 5:30 PM, Thursdays at 12:00 PM
This class brings the joy of training like an athlete! It combines alternating strength weight training, plyometrics and sprints, all at a fast pace to bring out the athlete in you.

Tuesdays at 12:00 PM, Wednesdays at 5:30 PM, Thursdays at 6:00 AM
Everyone wants better abs! More than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall core strength. This class has hit ’em hard abdominal/core work, incorporating exercises to work every part of your midsection and core muscles.

A blend of strength exercises with a rapid transfer from one exercise to the next. Effectively tones with the exercises and works your cardio with the pace.

Mondays at 5:30 PM, Wednesdays at 6:00 AM, Fridays at 12:00 PM
Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet. This group training is a mix of everything fitness! If you want a little bit of everything this class is for you.

A beginner-friendly, barbell-free CrossFit class geared towards anyone looking for the strengthening and conditioning aspects of a high-intensity CrossFit workout without the use of barbells and technical Olympic lifts. A great entry point into the world of CrossFit for beginners or the perfect opportunity for gym veterans to discover a new challenge.

Mondays at 5:30 PM, Thursdays at 12:00 PM
A high-energy 30 minute ride with 15 minutes of powerful core work at the end. Add core stability to the cardiovascular and strength benefits of Spinning for an unbeatable workout.

Tuesdays at 12:00 PM, Wednesdays at 5:30 PM
An all-terrain ride that will burn calories, build strength and improve fitness. The energetic music motivates each rider through a variety of speed and resistance challenges. Each class will take you on a creatively designed ride to maximize your fitness potential.
