You may be one of our regulars or have yet to dip a toe into the yoga waters but everyone has something to gain from the mental and physical benefits of yoga. We wanted to take this opportunity to introduce (or re-introduce) you to our longtime yoga instructors, Jacqueline and Charlene. Join them every weekday at CoreTen for our 45 minute Yoga Fusion classes (full class schedule) and learn more about them and November’s pose of the month below!

Jacqueline Riley Charlton, RYT 200
Jacqueline’s intention and aspiration for her classes is simply to do her personal best as a yoga teacher-recognizing that some days are good and others are better. She believes that in spite of our deepest struggles, things will get better after an opportunity on the mat. Jacqueline further believes that a lot of internal and external healing occurs during a yoga class. Jacqueline specializes in the teaching of stationary sequences and poses that are accessible for all body types. With professional instruction and modifications as needed, yoga will meet you wherever you are with the practice.

Charlene A. Sams, E-RYT200/500
Charlene teaches with the acceptance and passion of someone who truly loves yoga. She creates an environment of support and safety that allows students to move beyond their fears to realize a deeper understanding of the practice and all its potential benefits. Charlene’s classes can be described as a slow flow that leaves no pose unexplored. Incorporated with deep breathing helps to detoxify and invigorate the system. All classes are a Fusion of Mind, Body and Breath.
