FREE Weekly Strength 101 Sessions Every Monday

At CoreTen Fitness we are here to make sure that our members are getting the most out of their time spent in the gym. While some are seasoned gym-goers, we know that others are setting foot in one for the first time (or the first time in a long time!) You may know exactly where you would like to end up but aren’t quite sure of the path to follow. This is where Strength 101 comes in!

We are offering FREE weekly Strength 101 sessions every Monday to teach new workout techniques that will make you feel more confident and help take your gym time to the next level. Whether you find yourself wandering aimlessly around the free weights, getting bored with cardio equipment or just want to learn proper technique from one of our certified fitness professionals, Strength 101 is a great opportunity to add new tools to your arsenal every week. Our next session is Monday, October 16th at 5:00 PM with John but you can stay tuned to our website and social media for each week’s session time and topic.
